| I was so glad to find Rescue Me. I have a female Chartreux named Mi-Ko, (beautiful child in Japanese). She was my husband's buddy and a rescue also. They were together all the time as he was a retired firefighter. He passed away recently and Mi-Ko has grieved him as much as I have. I thought another cat would help her to regain some of her spirit. I happened across this site and there was Kody, a beautiful male Chartreux. I fell in love with him and immediately contacted his owner. She said I was the first inquiry she had had and I told her do not look any further. I can give him a wonderful home and all the love he needs. I will be picking him up in about a week and I can hardly wait to see him in person. I have had several cats over the 55 years we were married and they were all rescues. Actually, a father, son, and daughter came with one house we bought. I live on a fixed income, but I will gladly make a donation to Rescue Me. Thank you for your work. | |  |
